Prepare a large sheet pan lined with tin foil. Toss the potato wedges with rice flour.
In a separate big bowl, put all the other ingredients together (except parsley) and mix well, then put in the potato wedges and toss to coat well. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 mins. Poke the potato with a fork to check for doneness.
When potatoes are done, sprinkle with parsley and served with any main course.
