When it comes to bolognese sauce, I am very particular with how some sauces can be too sour. Too many tomatoes or too much paste can ruin the sauce even if you use the best cut of ground meat. I like it balanced, meaty yet saucy with the right tang to it. Whenever i make this recipe i would make a big batch and keep the rest in containers or resealable freezer bags in batches of two servings.
